Julie will adapt to the way you speak with your contact and therefore will move from a formal language tone to a more relaxed language tone and vice versa:
- in a formal tone, her emails will begin with Mr/Mrs. + your contact’s last name
- In a relaxed tone, her emails will begin with their first name.
No matter the language tone used by Julie to communicate with your contacts, she will always communicate with you and your interlocutors with a semi-formal and respectful tone.
